'This is Connecting' is a guided 8-week journey designed to help you form more grounded, productive and fulfilling connections at work. Not by fixing other people, but by tuning into yourself using your nervous system as a guide and learning to connect from a place of safety, presence and clarity.


Because when you're regulated, you listen differently. Lead differently. Collaborate more deeply. And the world around you tends to respond in kind.

Live Training Day Content

Build Awareness - How We Work

Learn how your autonomic nervous system shapes your experience of safety, connection, and threat. This foundational awareness creates the space for curiosity, kindness, and the first steps toward conscious connection.

Build Awareness - Observing

Through guided exercises, start to identify the different nervous system states (Ventral, Sympathetic, and Dorsal) and how they show up in your body, mind, and relationships.

Respond - Understand Your Flow

This day is about creating safety from the inside out—learning to understand how to work through difficult moments. Listen to your biology with compassion and consistency to discover insights and wisdom.

Respond - Support Your Nervous System

Explore practical techniques to support your nervous system throughout the day. From mindfulness and breathwork to movement and sensory grounding, you’ll discover what brings you back to balance and aliveness.

Relate - Understand Others

As you become more attuned to your own system, you’ll learn how to recognise and respond to the nervous systems of others. Learning what is yours and what is theirs and how we influence each other energetically.

Relate - Support Others

This day focuses on co-regulation—the powerful, reciprocal process of creating safety and connection in relationships. You’ll practice skills for empathetic listening, boundary-setting, and offering support without losing yourself, creating healthier relationship dynamics.

Create from Your Ventral State

Learn how to anchor into your Ventral Vagal state—the biological foundation for creativity, courage, and meaningful action.

Create from Your Ventral State

In the final day, you’ll step into the heart of Nervous System-First connecting: forming relationships that are strong, supportive and inspiring.

A Note on Self-Exploration

This course encourages you to explore thoughts, sensations and emotions with curiosity and mindfulness.


While it offers tools for self-awareness and growth, it’s not a replacement for therapy. If you're dealing with trauma, we recommend consulting a therapist to ensure this aligns with your journey. Our goal is to provide a supportive space for self-reflection in a group, so please make sure this approach feels right for you before signing up.


While these approaches may be considered cutting-edge in Western personal development, we honour the deeper roots they draw from and long-held wisdom traditions that have always recognised the body as a source of intelligence and connection.
