8 Week Online Course - Live & Self Led

Connecting Nervous System-First

Work relationships can be some of the most meaningful ,and the most challenging, parts of our lives. Whether you're collaborating, navigating complex dynamics or leading, how you relate at work shapes how things get done, how you feel, and what becomes possible.

You might be dealing with unclear communication, power dynamics, feedback that stings, constant urgency, or teammates who seem checked out, or too intense. You might be masking how you really feel just to keep things moving, or holding back because speaking up feels risky. Maybe you're trying to stay kind, but it's costing you energy. Maybe you've stopped trying.

These challenges are more than just “personality clashes.”

They’re nervous system patterns - yours and others' -  playing out in real time.

This 8 week course helps you understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface in internal and external workplace dynamics.

You’ll learn tools to stay connected to your own steadiness and boundaries, even when others are stressed, unclear, or reactive. so that you can build trust and relate in ways that feel both effective and human.  Not to fix people, but to feel more choice in how you relate and what you can create together.

Connecting is not about pushing harder or performing better or fixing people, its about finding more choice in how you relate and what you can create together.

Live Training Day Content

Our programmes work through a 4 step structure. Becoming Aware of your nervous systems, learning to Respond to them, Relating to each other and consciously Creating your life with your nervous system. This course spends two weeks on each step.

Aware - How We Work

Get to know how your nervous system shapes your sense of safety, connection, and threat in everyday interactions. This foundation helps you meet yourself with more understanding and opens the door to more conscious connection with others.

Aware - Observing

Start to notice how different nervous system states like calm, stress, or shutdown show up in your body, thoughts, and patterns at work. You’ll explore gentle ways to recognise these shifts without judgment or urgency to change.

Respond - Supporting your Nervous System

We all move through moments that feel hard to navigate. This week, you’ll learn to notice what your system needs during stress or disconnection and explore practices to support yourself from the inside out—with consistency, not intensity.

Respond - Supporting Your Nervous System

This week continues to embed the practice of supporting your system. Explore more tools and practices that help you return to steadiness throughout your workday. You’ll try out options like movement, breath work and guided visualisations to discover what works for your system in real time.

Relate - Understand Others

With more awareness of your own system, you’ll begin to see how others’ nervous systems show up in your interactions. You’ll learn to sense what’s yours, what’s theirs, and how relational dynamics are shaped by shared patterns of regulation or stress.

Relate - Support Others

This week focuses on co-regulation, how we support connection and steadiness with others while staying grounded in ourselves. You’ll explore relational tools like boundary-setting, deep listening, and giving or receiving support in ways that feel mutual and sustainable.

Create from Steadiness

When your system feels steady, new possibilities emerge. This week, you’ll explore how groundedness can support communication, creating together, decision-making and leadership. You don’t need to be “perfectly regulated” - just aware of what helps you access your own clarity and momentum.

Create from Steadiness

In this final week, we’ll focus on connection as an ongoing, everyday practice. You’ll reflect on how your way of relating has shifted, what feels more possible now, and how to keep building relationships that are collaborative, clear, and human.

A Note on Self-Exploration

This course encourages you to explore your thoughts, sensations and emotional responses with curiosity and mindfulness. You’ll be offered tools for awareness and resourcing, but we won’t tell you how you should feel or respond. This is your exploration.

Our courses are not therapy, nor a replacement for mental health support. If you’re currently processing trauma, we recommend checking with a therapist to see if this kind of exploration feels like a fit right now.

While some of the practice we use are newly embraced in Western work and wellbeing spaces due to scientific popularity, they are deeply rooted in long-standing, global traditions that honour the body as a source of connection, relationship, insight, and strength.

If you would like more information on the course approach, please get in touch.
