experience session
A 90-minute session designed to give you a direct experience of your own regulated state, what it feels like, what it makes possible, and what shifts in your thinking and presence when you are there.
This is not an assessment or a consultation. It is an experience. Most leaders leave with a clearer sense of what has been available to them all along.

Foundation
Four weeks of coaching and accountability focused on a single area of your leadership.
The goal is not to add another framework. It is to help you build a reliable connection to the state from which your best leadership already happens and to explore what becomes possible when you can return to it intentionally.

Evolution
There is a version of you that leads from a different quality of ground.
Clearer under pressure. More present in the room. Able to shape the people and systems around you without forcing.
Evolution is a year-long programme that returns you to this ground, working through your regulated nervous system, outward into your leadership, and from there into the organisation around you.

These are immersive experiences designed around what is actually live for your team. We work in a regulated space that makes genuine strategic thinking and psychological safety possible, rather than the performance of it.
